Sander van Tuijl is Partner en Head of Leasing bij Cushman & Wakefield Nederland. Vanuit het kantoor in Eindhoven geeft hij leiding aan de landelijke Industrial & Logistics-verhuuractiviteiten en adviseert hij klanten bij complexe vastgoedvraagstukken binnen de industriële en logistieke vastgoedmarkt.

Sander staat bekend om zijn gestructureerde aanpak, samenwerkingsgerichte werkwijze en focus op resultaat. Hij ondersteunt gebruikers, eigenaren en beleggers bij het realiseren van hun vastgoed- en bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Door zijn marktkennis te combineren met een pragmatische aanpak helpt hij klanten kansen te identificeren, vastgoedstrategieën te ontwikkelen en de prestaties van hun vastgoedportefeuille te optimaliseren.

Met zijn uitgebreide ervaring binnen de Nederlandse markt voor industrieel en logistiek vastgoed werkt Sander nauw samen met klanten om oplossingen te realiseren die bijdragen aan groei, operationele efficiëntie en duurzame waardecreatie renovaties en strategisch advies voor bedrijfslocaties.

Mijn team

Sander geeft leiding aan een landelijk Industrial & Logistics-team van regiospecialisten, ondersteund door experts uit verschillende disciplines binnen Cushman & Wakefield.

Het team adviseert klanten op het gebied van verhuur, aanhuur, aankoop, verkoop, renovatie en strategisch vastgoedadvies voor bedrijfslocaties. Door specialistische kennis, lokale marktinzichten en een sterk nationaal netwerk te combineren, ondersteunt het team opdrachtgevers gedurende de volledige vastgoedcyclus.

Samen met specialisten uit andere service lines biedt het team geïntegreerde oplossingen die klanten helpen hun vastgoeddoelstellingen te realiseren en duurzame waarde te creëren.
