David Vos leidt het Capital Markets-team voor de Living-sector van Cushman & Wakefield Nederland vanuit het kantoor in Amsterdam. Hij adviseert institutionele beleggers, ontwikkelaars en publieke instellingen bij complexe residentiële vastgoedtransacties, acquisities en desinvesteringen.

Met diepgaande kennis van de Nederlandse woningmarkt en internationale investeringsdynamiek helpt David klanten bij het identificeren van kansen, het structureren van transacties en het realiseren van duurzame waardecreatie. Zijn expertise omvat ontwikkellocaties, turnkey residentiële projecten en portefeuilletransacties binnen de snel veranderende woonsector.

Door zijn combinatie van marktinzicht, analytische expertise en commerciële focus ondersteunt David klanten bij het nemen van weloverwogen investeringsbeslissingen en het optimaliseren van hun vastgoedinvesteringen.

Het Capital Markets Living-team ondersteunt beleggers, ontwikkelaars en andere marktpartijen gedurende het volledige transactieproces. Van investeringsstrategie en marktanalyse tot acquisities, desinvesteringen en portefeuille-optimalisatie levert het team datagedreven inzichten en strategisch advies.

Met een sterk trackrecord in zowel individuele transacties als grootschalige residentiële portefeuilles fungeert het team als een vertrouwde partner voor klanten die actief zijn binnen de Living-sector. Transparantie, samenwerking en resultaat staan daarbij centraal.
