Key Features

• Total Land Area: 407.3 ha
• Corporate Incentives Tax: Incentives at the rate of 10% for the first 15 years, while also exempting 100% of corporate income tax (TNDN) for the first 4 years and reducing 50% of corporate income tax (TNDN) for the next 9 years for new investment projects in industrial zones.
• Power System: Electrical power source with a voltage of 110/22KV and a capacity of 3*30MVA.
• Wastewater Treatment System: Collected and treated at the centralized wastewater treatment plant of the industrial zone, which has a maximum design capacity of 12,000 m³/day and night. The first phase has been constructed with a processing capacity of 3,000 m³/day and night, with the ability to treat wastewater from column B standards to column A according to Vietnamese environmental technical standards.
• Water Supply: Guaranteed by the Ninh Thuan Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a maximum water supply capacity for the project of 15,000 m³/day and night. The first phase has been constructed with a capacity of 4,500 m³/day and night.
