• Power System: The Dau Giay 110KV electrical substation draws its power from the 500KV North-South power line. It has a capacity of 63MW and operates a 22KV electrical grid system that caters to the entire industrial zone
• Wastewater Treatment System: The existing treatment plant in phase 1 has a capacity of 2,000 m³/day, and after investment completion, the total capacity for all phases will be 8,000 m³/day. The discharge standard from the Industrial Zone meets the Type A standard according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
• Water Supply: Ensuring a stable water supply of 10,000 m³/day from the Gia Tan water plant and a water tower with a capacity of 300 m³, along with a 2,000 m³ reservoir located in the Industrial Zone.
