• Corporate Incentives Tax: The industrial zone is subject to a 20% tax rate for a period of 10 years, starting from January 1, 2016, with a 17% tax rate applied. Full exemption for 2 years and 50% reduction for the next 4 years (for common industry).
  
• Power System: EVN 110/22KV.In addition, there is a power supply from Formosa Company, with a capacity of 150 MW.
  
• Wastewater Treatment System: The centralized wastewater treatment system in the industrial park has a capacity of 14,000 m³/day.
