The Facilities Portal is an easy-to-implement and use tool and is available for use via the web and APP in a secure environment.
In the FM segment there are many CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), but the Facilities Portal is more than a software or computerized Facilities Management system, as it was developed to organize demands, routines and procedures, being a more complete and flexible tool .
The Facilities Portal was designed and developed to serve and manage the various FM service lines, supporting operations with various functionalities, such as:
• Opening service calls/tickets and corrective maintenance with the possibility of quick access via QRCODE

São Paulo’s CBD regions, classes A and A+ office market registered an increase on its vacancy rate and reached 19.8% (+ 0.3 p.p), mainly due to some departures and the new completion of 11.5 thousand sq.m in Paulista´s region, which registered an increase of 4.3 p.p. in the vacancy rate and closed at 11.8%.
