With an experience of more than 15 years in the real estate market, Andrei Brinzea is Partner, Land, Industrial & Logistics Agency within Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, offering clients a wide range of services: lease advice for industrial and logistic properties, strategic advice for land sale, international and local research and market insights, land assembly advice and planning, due diligence and development appraisal. On the development acquisition level, he provides clients with commercial structuring advice, financial modelling, data analysis, technical due diligence and negotiation strategy.

Throughout his career, Andrei was involved in various land transactions for mixed developments. He was also involved in the development of Lidl and Kaufland retail chains and in consulting services for the development of commercial, residential and industrial land plots, as Head of Land Development at CBRE.
