PwC Campus in Brussel verkocht aan internationale instelling
De Ghelamco-groep heeft een beroep gedaan op het advies van Cushman & Wakefield voor de verkoop van de PwC Campus, in de nabijheid van Brussels Airport. Het gebouw ging voor een bedrag van € 131,7 mln. naar een instelling uit het Midden-Oosten. Lanesbrook trad op als consultant van de koper, voor wie het de eerste aankoop in Europa was.
