Dimitris leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio & Location Strategy practice across EMEA, advising corporate real estate occupiers on where in the world, where in the city to locate their operations, and on how to optimise their real estate footprint from a talent, real estate and business strategy perspective. 

Dimitris draws on 15 years of experience in strategy consulting leading large scale real estate consulting engagements for corporate and private equity clients on location advisory, property portfolio planning, go-to-market and operations strategy as well as commercial due diligence across Europe, US and Asia.  

He has led thought leadership on real estate trends, location strategy and future of workplace, published in global journals such as the Corporate Real Estate Journal and RIBA press. 

Dimitris is a trained architect and an urban designer with an MSc from Columbia University and an MBA from HKUST. He is currently based in London and in the past, he lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, Zurich and Athens.
