Tony has over 15 years real estate experience in the private and public sectors. His work experience includes commercial property assessment appeal, industrial and commercial valuations/consulting which include feasibility analysis, sensitivity analysis and highest and best uses studies. At Canada Revenue Agency, he prepared consultations and reports in relations to matters of real estate for the administration of the Excise Tax Act and/or Canadian Income Tax Act.
