Paul has a diverse background in commercial real estate spanning 20+ years and his creative tenant solutions are what make him stand out ensuring his client’s needs are always fully met or exceeded. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield ULC, Paul honed his negotiating skills working on both sides of the table in Calgary’s challenging commercial real estate market - first as a leasing agent and then as a landlord. This perspective developed his creative problem-solving skills by helping him understand how a landlord thinks, their key concerns, and the importance of timing. This knowledge and inventive thinking are key to his negotiating process.

Paul has expertly represented tenants in all facets of business from: accounting, construction, engineering, finance, insurance, legal, public service and technology. A partial list of tenants represented include:

Paul has represented tenants occupying over 50 million square feet and he has completed lease assignments of over 4 million square feet. He has been awarded the National Award of Excellence and the Cushman & Wakefield President’s Round Table (awarded to the firm’s top sales professional internationally) on fourteen occasions.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and is a member of NAIOP, UBC Alumni Association, Vancouver Enterprise Forum and an active supporter of Canadian Blood Services, Canadian Cancer Society and Covenant House.
