Danny Boyd, AACI, FRI, RI (BC), is an Associate Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in commercial real estate valuation and advisory services.

Danny has been involved in a wide variety of assessment reviews and appeals as well as consulting for the assessment roll with various assessors throughout British Columbia and other areas of Canada in efforts to monitor the real property tax base in advance. His areas of focus include real property assessment reviews, appeals and overall tax management, as well as investment property valuations for private developers, investment companies and pension funds.
