Cody is an Associate Vice President at the Cushman & Wakefield, Vancouver Office. Specializing in commercial sales & leasing in the Fraser Valley & Lower Mainland markets. Cody has completed numerous lease and sales transactions in varied size, representing tenant/buyers and landlord/vendors alike.

Cody has built his reputation on his ability to diligently and consistently deliver client-centric solutions for a full range of retail requirements. Through his exceptional work ethic, Cody has developed the professional competence and skill necessary to deliver the best possible options to his clients, whether tenants, buyers, sellers, or landlords.

Capitalizing on his high quality, real-time market intelligence combined with his strong, reputable connections with other industry professionals, Cody is dedicated to acting in the best interests of his clients, including: Onni, Peterson, Holborn, Landmark, Townline, Circle K, Gold’s Gym, PT Health, and FYI Doctors.

Cody completed the Real Estate Licensing program through UBC Sauder School of Business.
