Chris Vardon is a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield ULC, specializing in the valuation of investment and institutional assets. Mr. Vardon is responsible for valuation and consulting services on commercial and industrial properties for development firms and financial institutions. Chris Vardon has 27 years of experience in the appraisal industry.
Chris Vardon has been responsible for valuation and consulting services of commercial, industrial and investment property, and vacant land for local and national clients. Mr. Vardon is responsible for the preparation of valuation and consulting reports on the following types of properties:
- Single and multi-tenant industrial buildings
- Retail
- Automotive dealerships
- Development lands
- Mixed use projects and buildings
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield ULC, the majority of his work was preparing for litigation involving properties with another professional firm. Chris has developed his valuation skills through successful completion of all of the courses under the AACI program, and received his accreditation in October 1994. He has valuable experience with Cushman & Wakefield (Royal LePage) over the past twenty five years.

Chris Vardon was educated at Wilfrid Laurier University, in Waterloo, Ontario graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1984. Chris is an Accredited Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
