The Challenge

Our client is a Japanese investment firm that manages sovereign wealth funds. Cushman & Wakefield was part of a project to formulate real estate strategy for the Japanese firm.

Our role involved acting as an independent market consultant for the client and conducting due diligence.

The Solution

We evaluated our client’s multi-family investment landscape, analysed risks & returns, asset pricing, local valuation practices and assessments.

The Result

The client was able to execute their first investment programme with our help. The information we provided allowed them to understand the complexities across the local investment landscape.
