Cushman & Wakefield brokers the letting of 418 sqm of office space to IT consultancy Systemconnect

The Dusseldorf office letting team of the international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) has brokered the letting of 418 sqm of office space at Am Gierath 20B in Ratingen to the IT consultancy Systemconnect GmbH. The move will take place at the beginning of December this year.  Lessor of the office space is 3S SS Solution GmbH.

The two-storey office building was constructed in 2001 and has a total area of 909 sqm. 

Systemconnect GmbH is an IT systems firm from Ratingen serving business clients. The company has almost 20 employees and has been successfully established in the market for over 28 years.
